What to do when something gets spiltHow a carpet clean works
One careful pass at a time
We will move the furniture and there are no hidden costs. This is how our carpet cleaning process works.
Pre-Spray
Firstly we Pre-Spray the carpet to break down any dirt and suspend it from the fibres.
Agitate
Then this is agitated through the carpet to loosen any soil embedded deep in the carpet.
Extract
A Hot Water Extraction cleaning machine extracts the dirt from your carpets and rugs.
Sanitise
A sanitiser/deodoriser goes into the clean to ensure the best possible results.
Spot treat
We individually treat any spots or stains with our wide range of specialist products we always carry.
Walk on it
No sticky residue, so the carpets can be walked on straight away.

01757 705161Stainguard and spills
If you spill something
Act quickly, and don't reach for a shop-bought shampoo. A carpet or suite with our Teflon Stainguard Protection lets spills be blotted away far more easily.
Ask about StainguardWhat to do straight away
- We advise that when spills occur you act quickly dabbing the affected area with a clean white towel.
- If the stain remains rinse a white towel in cold water and work the stain from the outside in to stop it spreading.
- Do not use off the shelf shampoo products as they can clog in the pile and they use oxidising bleaches which tint stains but can bleach and lighten fibres.
